1. Membership Structure
Envy Elite Memberships are available in the following tiers. Members may hold one or multiple tiers
concurrently. All memberships are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The tiers are:
Tier 1 – Maintain & Glow
Tier 2 – Preserve & Prevent
Tier 3 – Correct & Rebuild
Tier 4 – Sculpt & Age Rewind
Each tier provides access to exclusive member pricing or discounts on selected treatments within that tier.
Applicable services are defined in-clinic and within the booking system.
All treatments are subject to consultation, clinical suitability, and practitioner approval.

2. Membership Pricing
$11.99 per week for the first tier
$7.99 per week for each additional tier
Elite Complete – $26.99 per week
Membership fees are charged weekly via direct debit from the member’s nominated card or account.
3. Global Membership Inclusions
All Envy Elite Memberships include:
6 complimentary LED Therapy sessions per membership year
1 complimentary annual full facial / skin assessment
1 complimentary B12 Energy Booster vitamin shot per membership year
$20 Birthday Credit, redeemable during the member’s birthday month
10% off retail skincare products
Priority booking access
These inclusions apply per member, not per tier.
4. LED Therapy – Membership Inclusion Clarification
All Envy Elite Memberships include up to 6 complimentary LED Therapy sessions per membership year.
The 6 LED sessions are capped per client, per membership year, regardless of the number of tiers held.
Holding multiple tiers does not increase the number of complimentary LED Therapy sessions.
LED Therapy sessions must be booked in advance and used within the active membership year.
Unused LED Therapy sessions do not roll over.
Complimentary LED Therapy sessions are available only while the membership is active and payments are up o date.
5. Minimum Commitment
A minimum membership period of 12 weeks applies.
Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 12-week period.
After the minimum period, memberships continue on a rolling weekly basis.
6. Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership after the minimum commitment period by providing 30 days’
written notice via email or in-clinic form.
Membership fees will continue to be charged during the notice period.
7. Missed Payments & Dishonour Fees
If a scheduled membership payment fails, Envy Aesthetics may attempt to reprocess the payment.
Membership benefits and discounts may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
A $5 administration fee may be charged where permitted by law.
Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation.
8. Freezing Memberships
Memberships may be frozen for up to 6 weeks per calendar year for travel or medical circumstances.
No benefits apply while frozen.
9. Transfers & Non-Stacking of Benefits
Memberships are non-transferable and apply to the individual member only.
Holding multiple tiers does not increase capped inclusions such as LED Therapy sessions or birthday
credit.
10. Age Limits & Parental Consent
Injectable treatments and Tier 2 / Tier 4 services are strictly limited to clients 18 years and over.
Clients under 18 may access Tier 1 or Tier 3 only with written parental consent.
11. Clinic Rights & Program Viability (Escape Clause)
Envy Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Envy Elite Membership program
if it becomes commercially, operationally, or financially unviable to continue.
If the program is discontinued:
Members will be provided with written notice
Any payments made in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
Members will retain access to benefits until the termination date
12. Medical & Liability Disclaimer
Members must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and contraindications prior to
treatment.
All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical approval.
Envy Aesthetics is not responsible for unused benefits or outcomes resulting from failure to follow
aftercare instructions.
